The Natchez casts off at 7:00 pm and sails the same downriver loop as the day cruise but with the city skyline lit up. Dinner is a Creole buffet (jambalaya, gumbo, bread pudding) served on the Dining Deck, and the Dukes of Dixieland perform live on the Bow Deck through the whole sailing. The boat returns to the wharf around 9:00 pm.
